Commercial: Table area
Many of our smaller commercial stallholders find they can do good business with a regular trestle table. The area allocated is 2m x 1m and you will have to provide your own table, chair and any relevant dressing to attract your customers.
Price: £35
Commercial: Medium area
If you're an established business, or have a lot of product to display, a gazebo might be more appropriate to your needs. The area allocated is 3m x 2m and you will have to provide your own gazebo, tables, chairs and dressing.
Price: £55
Commercial: Large area
This is the largest and most impressive space we rent - but there are a limited number. The area is 4m x 4m and you must provide your own gazebo, tables, chairs and dressing.
Price: £75
Charity & Community stalls
Table areas or medium gazebo areas are provided entirely free of charge for the above - but stallholders must provide all their own tables, chairs, gazebos and dressing.
Free of charge
Public Liability Insurance is a requirement for all stalls and you will need to supply a copy of your policy when returning your application form. If you do not have your own insurance, we have arranged an extension option under our own policy at a cost of £15 per stall holder.
Please note that the final location of your plot is strictly at our discretion. However, we will always endeavour to meet your requests if at all possible and subject to the complex logistics of keeping everyone happy!
If there is heavy rain forecast for the day, we are likely to take the decision before you arrive to relocate the fair into three emergency indoor locations - including the Whiteways Centre and the Village Hall.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund fees or deposits in the event of bad weather, as we will still have to cover the basic costs of the event. We thank you for your understanding.
